Job Description
SUMMARY:
Under the direction of the Chief Executive Officer, the Project Manager is responsible for managing and coordinating all necessary project resources and documentation throughout the entire project lifecycle. This includes the maintenance of budget and schedule, and the management and administration of all contractual requirements, agreements with third parties, meeting minutes and project documentation. This individual also manages risk, general work performance and quality, and overall team progress against the project plan through consistent communication and collaboration with management and project team members.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Lead and communicate with management, team members, stakeholders and vendors to assist them in working on the project schedule
- Represent MEAC, Consultants, Government Authorities, Vendors and Subcontractors if applicable
- Administer financial aspects of the project, subcontracts, and purchase orders if necessary
- Build effective working relationships with clients and project team members
- Project Start-Up:
- Define and review the general project scope, document, and confirm the budget setup and project milestones
- Create a project plan including project review with timelines, validation of team members and stakeholders
- Meeting Management:
- Attend all schedule and management meetings necessary to monitor and manage the project, chairing as appropriate
- Financial Management:
- Manage all requisitions and payments and project payroll and maintains best possible cash flow throughout the project, communicating issues proactively

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s Degree in related field required. Minimum Five (5) years of project management experience required. Healthcare industry experience and certification as a project management professional (PMP) preferred. Proven experience in managing IT projects with strong technical and IT-related skills. EPIC electronic health record experience is a plus. Experience managing staff, resources, and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong leadership, organizational, and communications skills are essential.
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Experience with project management tools and software i.e. Monday.com, SmartSheet, SharePoint, etc. required.
