Celeste Chervenka, L.C.S.W.

Celeste “C.C.” Chervenka has been a social worker for more than 20 years. Her desire to become a social worker began in childhood, when she recognized a strong desire to help others and make a meaningful difference in their lives. As an adoptee, she also developed an early appreciation for the many ways families are formed.

Growing up and traveling around the world, C.C. developed an appreciation for diverse cultures and perspectives, shaping her commitment to connecting with and helping others.

Over the course of her career, C.C. has served diverse populations across a variety of clinical and community settings. Drawn to ETSU’s strong academic and clinical community, she values the opportunity to serve diverse populations.

C.C. believes every person deserves dignity, respect and kindness. Her approach is collaborative and strengths-based, helping patients recognize their own resilience and feel empowered in their journey.
