Born and raised in Hancock County, Miranda Russell is a passionate, solution-focused counselor who believes her work is a calling from God and her life’s purpose. With over 20 years of experience, she has dedicated her career to helping others heal, grow and live the lives they were meant to live.
Miranda views counseling as a proactive and empowering choice—an opportunity to process the past, build resilience, and prevent future challenges. She brings a strengths-based approach to every session, offering clients encouragement and confidence as they uncover their own answers and move toward lasting change.
Deeply committed to her community, she joined ETSU Health to support school-based services and give back to the area she calls home. Her compassionate, purpose-driven care helps clients feel seen, supported, and equipped to thrive.
