Haley Malone is a dedicated pediatric nurse practitioner who believes that every child deserves a healthy, happy childhood — and a provider who truly listens. With a deep commitment to addressing the root causes of health concerns, she takes pride in working closely with families to provide compassionate, clinically grounded care that supports the whole child.
Throughout her career, Haley has been continually inspired by the resilience of children and considers it a privilege to walk alongside families through every stage of development. Her journey into advanced practice nursing was driven by a desire to take a more active, autonomous role in patient care. She became a nurse practitioner to develop the skills and independence needed to make thoughtful, evidence-based decisions that positively impact patients’ well-being. Her approach to patient care is rooted in empathy, respect and the belief that meaningful care begins with understanding.
As part of the ETSU Health family, she is honored to be part of a team that shares her commitment to high-quality, community-focused care. She looks forward to building lasting relationships with families and helping young patients thrive.
Originally from out of state, she moved to East Tennessee in 2020 and quickly fell in love with the region’s natural beauty. Outside the clinic, she enjoys hiking, camping and spending relaxing days on the lake.
