Dr. Tu Nguyen is committed to partnering with her patients on their health journeys. Her goal is to provide compassionate, comprehensive care that empowers her patients to live their healthiest life. Dr. Nguyen is committed to listening without judgment and to being fully present. She believes that when people listen wholeheartedly, they uncover the real issues and can provide the best care.

She chose to become a doctor after many of her family members suffered from illnesses for which they lacked knowledge and hesitated to ask questions through their limited access to primary care. She wanted to be someone who could explain medical issues and address concerns.

During her residency, Dr. Nguyen noticed that many patients struggled with sleep problems. Because sleep issues often lie at the center of other health problems, she decided to pursue a fellowship in sleep medicine, a specialty that allows her to help patients improve their sleep and, ultimately, their overall health.
