Infectious Diseases

Since early childhood, Dr. Youssef dreamed of becoming a physician. She wanted to help those who suffered from illness feel better. Dr. Youssef chose infectious diseases as her specialty because it provides a broad view of patients overall and offers rewarding outcomes.

In addition to patient care, Dr. Youssef loves the research aspect of infectious diseases and is the author or co-author of several book chapters and articles in peer-reviewed journals, including Geriatrics & Gerontology International, Dermato-Endocrinology and Tennessee Medicine.

Dr. Youssef loves what our region and the people here have to offer.
