Dr. Brent Aebi Dr. Brent Aebi received his M.D. from Wright State University Boonshoft School of
Medicine in Dayton, Ohio. He completed his ophthalmology residency at Indiana University
School of Medicine, Indianapolis, where he was chief resident. He holds a Bachelor
of Science degree in biochemistry and molecular biology from Harding University in
Searcy, Arkansas. He is board-certified in ophthalmology. He is a fellow of the American Academy of Ophthalmology and a board member of the Tennessee Academy of Ophthalmology. |

Crystal Ann Green, MSN, RN, APRN, NP-C OB/GYN Crystal Green is a board-certified family nurse practitioner with 13 years of nursing experience, including more than three years as an advanced registered nurse practitioner. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Chamberlain College of Nursing in Downers Grove, Illinois, and her Bachelor of Science degree in nursing from the University of Pikeville, Kentucky. She is certified in pediatric advanced life support, advanced cardiac life support, and basic cardiac life support.

Allison Powers, M.D. Family Medicine OB Dr. Powers received her M.D. from Virginia Commonwealth University School of Medicine in Richmond, Virginia. She completed her family medicine residency at the St. Francis Bon Secours Family Medicine Residency Program in Midlothian, Virginia. Dr. Powers additionally completed a fellowship in maternal newborn health at Beaumont Hospital, Wayne (Michigan). She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in public health from The College of William and Mary. She is board certified in family medicine and holds additional certifications in pediatric life support, advanced lifesaving in obstetrics, and in the neonatal resuscitation program.

Robert David Reynolds, APRN, DNP, FNP-CInfectious Disease Robert Reynolds is a board-certified family nurse practitioner with 13 years of nursing experience. He earned his Doctor of Nursing Practice degree and his Master of Science degree in nursing as a family nurse practitioner from Frontier Nursing University in Hyden, Kentucky. Prior to that, he received his Bachelor of Arts degree in chemistry from Berea College in Kentucky and his Associate of Applied Science degree in nursing from Virginia Highlands Community College in Abingdon, Virginia. He is certified in cardiopulmonary resuscitation and basic life support. |
